Your role will involve working independently and, in a team, to deliver accounting and advisory services to a vast range of clients we work with.

Planning and preparation is key to succeed in this role, as you will plan and control assignments to the end result, review where there's potential planning opportunities for our clients and formulate a portfolio of non-audit clients with the oversight from a manager.

Knowing how to build valued relationships is something this company consists of. The ability to be proactive yet professional to help develop existing client relationships and colleague relationships as well as identifying where we can add value to our clients through assisting or supporting them, flexibility is needed for this. By doing this you will enjoy your role and be successful too.

Be an inspector of detail! Observing budgets and communicating matters to the manager and reviewing and delegating work such as tax returns and accounts preparation on the client base to junior colleagues will mean you're an analytical expertise.
