They work with over 5 million items of linen weekly, with clients ranging from nationwide hotel chains to smaller family run boutiques. What you will do:

You, the new Purchase Ledger Clerk will input and code the invoices to send on to numerous sites and ensure that suppliers are paid on time by liaising with the sites and suppliers. You will reconcile statements and allocate cash. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will resolve any queries on the account and process employee expenses. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will also use their knowledge to improve the current process where possible.

Required Skills:

  • Experience of purchase ledger

  • Excellent communication, written and verbally
