Financial Controller - £42,000 DOE

Their clients include companies from all kinds of exciting industries, including aerospace and defence. Based in Rochdale, the office location makes for an easy commute with access to the motorway and train station a stone's throw away.

What you will do:

You, the new Financial Controller, will oversee the financial management of the company, including the corporate accounting and reporting. You will prepare the budgets and forecasting whilst working closely with the General Management and Operational Staff. The Financial Controller will identify inefficiencies and improve profitability. You will be a key part of the management team, involved in strategic decisions and present to the Group's Corporate Team monthly.

Required Skills:

  • ACA / ACCA Qualified
  • Experience Working in Manufacturing Industry
  • Proficient with the use of IT and accounting software
  • Experience with collating and presenting financial data
  • A proactive approach is necessary

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised and a motivated approach
  • Excellent communication, written and verbally
  • Previous management experience
