Accounts Senior (Permanent, full time) Wakefield

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

My client is an established Chartered Accountancy firm since 1980. They are looking for an Accounts Senior to join their team in the Wakefield area.

If you have a "can do" attitude and have substantial years of experience behind you working within a Chartered Accountancy, then this role may be perfect for you. My client covers a variety of business sectors from traditional industries through manufacturing to new up and coming.

Typical responsibilities in your role:

  • Tax reporting & compliance
  • Tax returns
  • Managing Sole-trading & Partnership accounts
  • Accounts & Tax planning
  • Manage the successful delivery of all tax projects
  • Liaise with clients ensuring any queries are answered
  • Accounts preparation & tax planning
  • General accounts duties
  • Assisting in training junior members of staff when required
