2nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: Up to £25,000

Key Requirements

  • Broad range and recent experience of IT hardware/software typically found in small to medium sized business environments
  • Good knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, LAN and WAN
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Office Suites
  • Experience with gateways, firewalls, routers, switches and current security products
  • Good knowledge of Win 7, Win 8 and Win 10 operating systems - including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
