Our client is a fast-paced MSP that truly believes in the value that their customers have a secure and protected IT environment. That’s where their support and cloud service experience comes in to play. They ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role is to ensure that all their customers problems are resolved, and you are the fixer of problems.
You will work in the Manchester offices. The offices still have the fresh aroma of paint after a complete redevelopment. Technology is clearly at the centre of the business along with a pool table, dart board, bike locker and inhouse showers.
As the 1st Line Engineer / 2nd Line Engineer you will be delivering technical expertise over the phone or using remote support software. You will be troubleshooting software and hardware issues, fault find, and problem solve.
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Office 365
- Microsoft Cloud Products
- Azure Active Directory, Remote App, Site Recovery, Azure DNS.
- Hyper-V or VMware is an advantage.
- Configuring & supporting VoIP Telephony.
- Microsoft certifications
