One of the UK’s fastest growing parcel delivery companies is looking to hire an AMBITIOUS, ENERGETIC CRM Executive to own the email channel and manage the set-up and ongoing maintenance of CRM.
Since 2010 this company has experienced the modern-day BOOM within their industry and has grown 4 times bigger than their closest site competitors. They have an active customer base of over 3 million with 700,000 trading every year.
Your role will be central to using data analysis and market insights to optimise YOUR marketing.
You will work closely with the enthusiastic, creative and vibrant team of 10 to ensure ideas are being shared as well as promoting best practise within the business.
As a CRM (customer relations manager) Executive, you will:
- Trigger Comms (reactive marketing) (across P2G and white label)
- Promotional and CRM (customer relations manager) Comms
- Proactive messaging
