Application Support Engineer
A fantastic Software Development house who provide a bespoke cloud-based ERP Software for their clients (including Sky, Portland and Strategic North). A good-sized company consisting of 100 employees.
As an Application Support Engineer, you will work closely with the on-boarding team and Application Analysts. Communication is important as you will look after and help the clients once projects have started, problem solving is a part of the gig. The Development team will also work in close conjunction with you to help fix any escalations.
As an Application Support Engineer the function of your role is to manage the ques of issues and apply business process to advise the right people within the company. This role is client facing and 100% office based.
Opportunities will arise for the right people who work hard, there will be opportunities to work in different areas of the business and learning new skills.

- Previous experience working in a Support role in an IT environment
