As a 1st Line Support Technician you could be working for a Chartered Accountancy practice based in the city centre of Leeds. What you will be doing as a 1st line Support Technician:
You will be working as a part of a small team looking after the provision of software and hardware. If you have an entrepreneurial flare and enjoy resolving technical issues within allotted timescales, then this could be right up your street. If career development is what you are looking for then this could also hit the nail on the spot. While currently a small team you will be working with the IT Manager and help deliver improvements to the service by making improvements to the process. Further down the line you could be the driving force within this team once it has grown.
  • Supporting internal users on issues of a 1st Line and 2nd Line nature.
  • Escalating issues to more experienced members of staff
As a 1st Line Support Technician you will have worked with:
  • Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
  • Office 365 (email administration)
  • Microsoft Office (2013 /2016)
  • Windows 7 / Windows 10
  • SQL
Useful to have as a 1st Line Support Technician:
  • Finance or Practice Management Systems (Sage, Quick Books, Xero)
