1st Line Support Engineer - £25,000 - Hyde

We are recruiting for a 1st line support engineer for a client based in the lovely town of Hyde. Our client operate as an MSP, working with some household names in the north west of the UK. As it stands Google have listed them as the highest rated IT Support Provider in greater Manchester!

The Role:
  • Supporting external clients on issues of a 1st Line nature.
  • Escalating issues to more experienced members of staff
  • Supporting technologies such as: Office 365, All Windows OS, Google G Suite, Windows Server Administration and supporting components (DNS, DHCP etc...)
  • Working Closely with senior stakeholders within external businesses.
