Semi Senior Accountant - £22k -£27k

Tarporley, Cheshire

Your next company is a leading accountancy firm. There are three offices around the North West, this position will be based at the main office, in the centre of the picturesque village or Tarporley, with free parking available. The reputation of this firm of accountants is outstanding, and this is how the very well-established success has been built from the original roots back in 1924. Undergoing continued growth, they recently acquired another firm and are looking to further expand next year with the possibility of a fourth office. There is now a need for a new accountant at Semi Senior Accountant level - you.

 

What you will do as the new Semi Senior Accountant:

  • Prepare sets of accounts
  • Work towards tax packs with a Senior Accountant
  • Liaise regularly with your clients
  • Support Partners and other colleagues to ensure that all clients receive an excellent seamless service
  • Work closely with Senior Accountants to progress your knowledge and career
 

Required Skills for the Semi Senior Accountant:

  • AAT Qualified (or close to be) or QBE
  • Accountancy practice background
  • Understanding of tax principles
Preferred Skills for the Semi Senior Accountant:

  • Sound knowledge of accounting software packages and MS Office
  • Time management and organisation
  • Excellent communication, written and verbally
